It's About the examination of BCECE 2017
BCECE is one of the most important examinations that take place annually on the state level. Bihar CET 2017 is held by Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board with a view to provide admission to the eligible candidates in many fields like medical, technology, agriculture and engineering.
Candidates who want to appear for this exam must have cleared 10+2 with at least 50% aggregate with subjects Chemistry, Math/Biology and Physics from recognized institution/board.
Candidates who are from reserved class like SC/ST need at least 45 % aggregate marks. There is no age limit for the pharmacy and engineering courses
Medical and agricultural courses, Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 1st July 2017.
All candidates can download notification for filling the application form.As per updates, Itwill be uploaded in month of February 2017. Candidates can get themselves registered online. Candidates are required to download the application form online and enter the correct details on the form.
The candidates need torequireuploading their latest photograph and the online signature. After the application is preceded, you need to pay the application fees. The fees are Rs.660/- for general category and Rs. 330/- for OBC/SC/ST.
The exam is divided in two stages. The first stage comprises of four subjects Physics, chemistry, mathematics and Biology. The question paper will be in MCQ format with total 200 questions (50 questions of each section).
All the questions from physics and chemistry section are compulsory and Math and biology section questions are optional.in stage two there are same four sections but total questions will be 100. Each correct answer carries 4 marks and 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
Without having the admit card, candidates will not appear in the examination hall. It is most important to check the complete details which are available on admit card. The admit card will be available on the official website of the BCECE. Candidates need to take a print out of the same. You need to carry with them at the time of exam.
The answer key for the exam will be there on the official website. Students can make a comparative study of the actual answers and answers written by them in the exam in order to estimate the marks that they can get.
The results will be declared by Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board and students can get their results online in first week of June 2017.The cut off marks will be announced on the site so that students can decide what course to take next.
The candidates who have passed the BCECE 2017 entrance test with the cut off marks those are needed to be eligible for the counselling procedure ranged by the board for seat allotment. Candidates who wish to appear in the counselling need to register themselves so that they can be qualified for making selection of the college and branch. The allotment of the seat is based on many elements like seat availability, selection by candidate, candidate’s rank in entrance examination, etc.
